Dear Volunteers, Members and Supporters
We hope you are well and staying safe during these difficult times.
In a change to our usual AGM arrangements due to the challenges of social distancing, our 2020 AGM will be held as a Zoom meeting on Saturday 26 September at 12.00 when we will carry out our statutory obligations only. We will be organising a more social event when the guidance around face to face meetings allows it so we hope to see you in person in the not too distant future.
The AGM Agenda and meeting papers will be issued prior to the meeting but, at this stage, it would be useful if you will advise whether you intend to attend by sending an email to our Hon. Secretary at;
